Data access ends under the agreed terms. Rights to retain or use already-trained models must be stated separately; ending access does not undo completed training.
Some deals may include exclusivity. Any exclusivity requested by a buyer or GildData is disclosed before you sign. You review its scope, duration, and effect on the price before deciding.
We’ll provide an open-source tool, free of cost, to help your team clean and deidentify the data on your own servers. Your team reviews the output and hosts the prepared dataset. We agree the scope, safeguards, and access requirements before you begin.
